From before your new franchise opens we will support you in:
Marketing and Advertising
Mrs. Fields already has over 66% brand recognition in it’s key market segments and we continue with national campaigns to improve awareness. At an individual franchise location we put a great deal of emphasis on local marketing activities.
During your initial training we will give you access to an awesome tool kit of simple easy to execute marketing programs and help you plan a marketing calendar for the first 12 months.
Operations
Our National Operations Coach has over 20 years experience working with a wide range of leading Australian franchise organisations delivering field support. He will work with you from day one to ensure you fully understand all the daily facets of running your business.
Training
You commence in store training with one of our most experienced franchisees, they will teach you all the little tricks and become your mentor as you move forward. During your training you will spend time with our World Champion Barista trainer to learn about coffee, and attend an induction in our Support Centre in Sydney.
It takes a minimum of three weeks and often more to complete your training as we will not let you out until we are sure you are competent and ready to be successful
Ongoing Training and Support
Using the skills of our various coaches we are continuously running coaching sessions on all facets of business from finances to team, marketing to customer support. We also have regular knowledge sharing sessions with all our franchisees to learn from each other.
