Getting Serious

- If your application qualifies you to continue the process, we will provide you with our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for your review. This is a critical document that contains the franchise agreement, financial statements, a list of franchise owners you can contact for one-on-one discussions, and many other details regarding Mrs. Fields franchise ownership.
- We will then organise a meeting with you to learn more about you and your goals in owning a Mrs. Fields business. We can also discuss specific locations and opportunities that may be of interest to you.
- Your first meeting is most likely to be with our Franchise Manager Bob Ozdemir. Following this meeting you will need to complete a formal application and have an interview with our Head Cookie, Andrew Benefield.
- If you are approved as a Mrs. Fields franchisee you will then be sent a formal letter of offer of a franchise for the location of interest
