Mrs. Fields franchisees agree that our training program is a huge part of their success. We use a number of coaches to help you develop the right skills for a successful business.
Prior to opening your store, you will spend three weeks in a franchise training store learning the ropes from one of our very experienced franchisees. During this time you will spend time with Justin Metcalf our World Champion Barista Judge learning all about coffee. Depending on timing and location Justin will either visit you in your store or you will attend his coffee school at Box Hill TAFE.
You will also spend two days in our Support Office in Sydney meeting the rest of the support team. You will learn about how to build a successful Mrs. Fields business from the paperwork to recruiting and managing your team. You will leave with a 12 month marketing plan for your new business.
